Jen Kramer - Chicago-Based Hospitality and Operations Professional
Chicago resident and hospitality and operations professional Jen Kramer has worked in both the public and private sectors for over two decades. She has led major event planning and oversight for organizations and Fortune 500 corporate clients.
As senior director of sales at Access DMC (Destination Management Company) from 2022 to 2025, Jen Kramer built and led a newly created team in Chicago, Illinois. Her Chicago team worked with local event vendors and venues on strategic accounts for corporate events, some of which hosted more than 10,000 attendees.
Before joining Access DMC, Ms. Kramer consulted for various companies in Chicago between 2021 and 2022. Engagements included serving as director of production at Arena Partners, LLC, and director of operations for Special Olympics Chicago. She also served in a similar position at Time Zone One and the WNDR Museum during Chicago Ideas Week.
In her free time, Ms. Kramer enjoys biking, sampling Chicago’s restaurants, attending live shows at local theatres, and going to concerts. She regularly attends the Chicago Roller Derby, which features a range of competitions, including bouts and major events like the Chicago Beef Tournament.
